Attorney Randolph (“Randy”) Giddings is a lawyer with over 22 years of experience in representing injured individuals in automobile accidents, personal injury matters, and wrongful death claims. Over the course of his practice, Randy Giddings has successfully concluded numerous civil legal matters on behalf of his clients. In addition, Randy Giddings has significant legal experience in the areas of family law, criminal law, administrative law, contract disputes, contract negotiations, and environmental law. Randy Giddings has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University and received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Randy Giddings graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. Randy Giddings was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 and the Georgia Bar in 1999. Randy Giddings is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and Georgia and has represented clients throughout the two states. Randy Giddings is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Randy Giddings is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. In addition to his advocacy for his clients, Randy Giddings has a longstanding commitment to providing pro bono legal services to people who might not be able to afford to pay for legal services in the greater Tampa Bay community.
