Jordan L. Behlman is a dedicated advocate for franchisees, combining sharp legal insight with a deep understanding of the complex challenges entrepreneurs face as a prior business owner himself. Before focusing his practice on franchise law and commercial litigation, Jordan spent six years as a litigator at a prominent international law firm, where he represented high-net worth individuals and multinational corporations in high-stakes civil and criminal litigation. In 2023, Jordan was part of a legal team representing Hashim Thaçi, former President of Kosovo, charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, Netherlands. His experience navigating complex disputes and protecting clients’ interests in high-pressure environments now serves as a powerful asset to the franchisees and business owners he represents.
A graduate of Vassar College with honors, Jordan earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in the top 7% of his class. His academic achievements reflect the same rigor, strategic thinking, and attention to detail that define his legal practice today.
Whether guiding clients through reviewing Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), assisting with franchise agreement negotiations, addressing disputes, or ensuring compliance with federal and state franchise laws, Jordan is committed to safeguarding his clients’ investments and helping them achieve long-term success.
