Elena Komsky has over ten years of experience in employment law. She has extensive experience in employment litigation, providing legal counsel to employees, and analyzing complex legal issues.  Elena received her Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating with High Honors, and worked in the IT field for several years prior to going to law school. Having an IT background, Elena is well prepared to navigate the complexities of case-specific factors in employment cases.

After graduating Cum Laude from Florida State University School of Law, Elena decided to work in the employment law field representing plaintiffs because of the robust legal framework available in this area of the law that lets employees challenge illegal terminations and protect their rights. For approximately 8 years, Elena practiced employment law in Tallahassee, Florida, in one of the largest firms representing plaintiffs in the North Florida area, where she was able to defeat motions for summary judgment on behalf of her clients in the vast majority of federal cases in a jurisdiction where 75% of motions for summary judgment are granted.  After moving to Atlanta in 2023, Elena worked for another prominent employment law firm where she represented high-profile and executive-level employees during settlement negotiations and in arbitration proceedings. Elena also has experience in personal injury and business disputes.
