Elena Komsky has over a decade of experience in employment law. She has always focused her practice on employment litigation, counseling employees, and analyzing complex, fact-intensive legal issues. Elena received her bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating with high honors, and then worked in the IT field for several years prior to going attending law school. Her technical background equips Elena to navigate case-specific complexities that often shape employment litigation outcomes.

After graduating cum laude from Florida State University College of Law, Elena committed her practice to plaintiff-side employment law because of the central role employee rights play in shaping a just and equitable society. For approximately eight years, Elena practiced employment law in Tallahassee, Florida, in one of the largest firms representing plaintiffs in the North Florida area, where she was able to defeat motions for summary judgment on behalf of her clients in the vast majority of federal cases in a jurisdiction where approximately 75% of motions for summary judgment are granted. After moving to Atlanta in 2023, Elena worked for another prominent employment law firm where she represented high-profile and executive-level employees in settlement negotiations and arbitration proceedings. Elena also has experience in personal injury and business litigation.

Elena is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Florida Bar, and is actively involved in labor and employment law organizations. She regularly participates in continuing legal education programs focused on employment litigation and emerging workplace issues. Elena is committed to advancing employee rights and has contributed her time to mentoring and pro bono efforts supporting workers facing unlawful employment practices.
