David Petrantoni is a litigation associate at Cantrell Schuette, where he represents clients in complex business, franchise, and employment disputes. His experience spans a wide range of matters, including franchise negotiations, shareholder and contract disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, and federal criminal investigations related to fraud and ponzi scheme allegations.
David previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eduardo Sanchez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He also previously practiced at a prominent Tampa Bay law firm with local and national focused practices and with a Miami-based boutique law firm, where his work focused on civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense matters.
David’s litigation background is supported by a strong foundation in advocacy. During law school, he competed with the University of Miami’s Trial Advocacy Team and aided clients in the university’s Innocence Clinic.
